We work alongside the CEO to set priorities, lead managers, review business performance, and keep teams accountable for delivery. We also build the processes, systems, and automations that support that work. Decision authority is agreed in the engagement.
The diagnostic setup, tooling, and system access needed to begin the engagement. The agreement specifies what is included and any ongoing third-party costs.
You pay a published fee and keep your equity. The systems and workflows we build are handed over under the engagement agreement.
The Install ends with the agreed handoff: documented operations, the automations in scope, and team training. You can continue with The Seat by agreement if you want ongoing COO leadership.
We build within your existing stack where practical. Workflows are tested, documented, and handed to your team with clear ownership and human review.
