This Privacy Policy describes how dpcrowley ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit dpcrowley.com and use our services, including the Founder Freedom Audit.

Your responses to the Founder Freedom Audit questionnaire

To add you to our CRM (HubSpot) for follow-up communications

3Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate our business:

Supabase — secure database storage for form submissions
HubSpot — CRM for managing leads and client relationships
SendGrid — email delivery for notifications
Calendly — scheduling for discovery calls
Google Analytics 4 — website analytics
Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions

All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services for us.

4Data Retention

We retain your contact information and audit responses for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you become a client, your information is retained for the duration of our engagement and thereafter per our contractual obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage

We use Google Analytics 4, which places cookies on your device to help us understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral data.

This site also stores a single display preference (your light or dark theme choice) in your browser's local storage. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device.

6Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Opt out of marketing communications at any time
If you are in the EEA or UK: data portability and the right to object to processing

7Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure database storage via Supabase, and server-side security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options). No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
