This Privacy Policy describes how dpcrowley ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit dpcrowley.com and use our services, including the Founder Freedom Audit.

1Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Name and email address when you submit a contact form or the Founder Freedom Audit
Company website (optional) and annual revenue band
Your responses to the Founder Freedom Audit questionnaire
Any message or operational challenge you describe

Information collected automatically:

IP address (for spam prevention and security)
Browser type and device information
Pages visited and interaction events, such as newsletter clicks, shared audits, inquiry submissions, and booking confirmations (via Google Analytics 4, only after you allow analytics)
Referring URL

2How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiries and determine whether your business is a fit for our services
To receive and review the audit results you choose to share
To manage your inquiry and any client relationship
To send replies, appointment information, and other messages needed to deliver the service you requested
To analyze site usage and improve our content via Google Analytics 4
To prevent spam and abuse

3Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate our business:

Calendly — scheduling calls and paid advisory sessions, including your contact details, appointment information, and booking responses
Stripe — processing advisory card payments. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s fields; this website does not collect or store full card numbers.
Google Analytics 4 — website analytics
Netlify — website hosting and audit and inquiry form submissions
Google Meet — online advisory meetings
LinkedIn — newsletter subscriptions when you choose Subscribe on LinkedIn. Subscriptions and delivery are managed by LinkedIn under its own policies.

These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy policies. Using the audit or inquiry form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

4Data Retention

We retain your contact information and audit responses for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you become a client, your information is retained for the duration of our engagement and thereafter per our contractual obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Optional analytics remains off until you choose Allow analytics. Custom analytics events do not include the name, email address, audit answers, or message you enter in a form. A booking confirmation event is used to measure scheduling; Stripe remains the source of payment records. You can change this choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Booking and the audit work with analytics off. Scheduling and payment providers apply their own privacy and cookie policies when you open their services.

This site stores your light or dark theme choice and analytics preference in local storage. These preferences do not contain contact details. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set its own cookies.

6Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Opt out of marketing communications at any time
If you are in the EEA or UK: data portability and the right to object to processing

To exercise any of these rights, email dcrowley@dpcrowley.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

7Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption and security headers. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
